Naming ticket turn around time?

So, I put in a ticket through the game to change my name to reflect my guild status.

I did this on 3/2. It's 3/7 now, and no dice.

So I ask - what has been the turn around time for people who've had their [guild] added? I want to know if I should be thinking about sending a new ticket.

Why don't they just add that feature to the game? What is important is the ID not the IGN.
