Spectral Warrior 9/10

Okay i have been sitting here at 9/10 for a while now and got 8 boxes using free, i have spent over $100 worth of gold and $40 of it was to get my 9th box. I currently have only 70 gold left and i was wondering what the odds of me getting this stupid Spectral Warrior.

almoust none. I've been on 9/10 for almoust 48 hours now...no luck. Some ppl have spent THOUSANDS of gold for it and not got it...so Ur chances are next to impossible, 10 crate events are rigged by gree

Well with each open you have roughly a 2% chance of it being the final shell. So I would say not good at this point.

i got 7/10 the first day all free and then used gold like mad and I am still getting cash and useless units. I will stick to the mcdoc theory next time a box set comes up.

^^^^ This. If you are gonna use gold to go for it, ya gotta use the McDoc method. Otherwise it's best to see where you can get using cash opens. Most of the time it has been my experience that gold is best put to use elsewhere and not on these crate events (unless the bonus is really really good) especially for light gold spenders.

Wasted a ton of gold trying to get number 10, then gave up on the event for a day. Hit the free open this morning and got it. I could have purchased 7 of the new creates for what I spent.

Not true - the odds for box #10 stay static whenever you open them, just remain disciplined and open a crate every hour as soon as you can - I spent about 600 gold getting my first spectral warrior and then, about a day and a half later, got one on my LLP using cash opens only. Persistence and a bit of luck is all it takes. It actually took me longer to get the 9th shell on my gold account than the 10th; my cash opening account had number 9 a day earlier!

I've been doing free opens ever since and banking a little cash, valour and some very weak units!

Yes the #10 chances static at 2%, hence the Luck really comes into play.

Congrats on getting 10 on both of your accounts. I always stay persistent with these events, but the luck never comes for me and a lot of others, just sayin. :)

wow, i finally got my 10th unit, it was a cash open. last night i spent about 800g on regens and gold opens with no results

i look at it like this, there's a 1-2% chance of getting the 10th on a successful open. every time you open one its the same odds. just depends on how many times you want to spin that wheel.

Oh I've been unlucky a lot of times too, makes a nice change to get them both! Think it's only my 2nd and 3rd successful collect 10 in about a year.

this is my 2nd box event win in over a year of playing. the first was the "camouflaged bear" that was a long time ago and completely free.

I got the boat from the last event with +30% cash from missions - rubbish prize as I never do PvE!

yer the top 100 bonuses seem to be pve focused.they want all the mid range players to level up past 150 - 200.

Let me tell you the odds for the last 3 shells.
8th is 17%, 9th is 7%, 10th is 2%.
So for the 10th shell, in average, you need 50 attempts to get the shell, less if you are lucky.

No so called mcdoc method or strategy that changes the odds, for 10th shell, the odd is 2%, 2% is 2%, so simple.
