Are Gree gods?

Is it only me who wants too have better support from a very costly game and when I feel they don't hit the mark and can improve there support.Everytime some member makes a comment on this forum that Gree not really doing there job.Just get a truck load of hell on your head.So are they gods who can do no wrong.

For instance why is it some get there ticket reply to in a couple of hours?

And some wait weeks or get no reply at all.

I myself only had a ticket replied to within 48 hours is the fastest time.

Why is there no e-mail support at weekends they make a truck load of money.


What has happen to forum support from Gree I don't much theses days from Gree they leave it to a software dev to reply to post What happen to mark?

I think they must get the cleaner to action meanial tasks... name changes etc.. these take ages. problems with the LTQ units not showing and they action quickly (because who will pay for an LTQ if the units arent showing!)

Totalwar... as long as money comes in... they want change.

And even if money stops coming in... they release the same game with different name and milk that one. (See MQ, MW, CC... all the same with different UI.
