Any of you also see your IPs banned while using cellular data (3G/4G) ? I get an IP banned message when I am on my laptop or phone but on the laptop I just disconnect the line and reconnect and it works again. However, on my phone I can not get on the forums unless its from a wifi connection and it sometimes works and sometimes keeps me banned from forums. I thought I was the only one but turns out that half of our faction have the same issue. Sometimes you can get on the site but most of the time, an IP ban message shows up.

Thats not a message I got but someone else on the team so I blanked out the message cause I am too lazy to read the TOS

Issue was seen a couple days ago. Seems like its on/off for a couple days for some people. They've banned portions of subnets in your area because of high trolling activity from there.

At first it was just a region in the UK...looks like the net is getting bigger.

But the issue is affecting our members who are from US, UK, Singapore, Brunei, Bahrain, Italy, Switzerland, and more. Nearly everyone from our side has experienced this issue. I read on the forums, a guy from the UK was experiencing the same issue while using a vodafone UK network and CJ said he would look into it. Looks like it has gotten worse now. If I disconnect my internet on my laptop (USB) and reconnect, I can get back on forums but not on my mobile phone

Same message on my iPhone when at home, but I always connect via WiFi. Looks like they put an IP ban on the cellular network for the whole world. As CJ stated in the CC forum... it is a sledgehammer approach and they are looking at a better way of doing this!

I get this problem on 3G but also using my girlfriends wifi! Takes the piss.

Hi There, think i started a thread about this during greenland, said it was fixed due to being able to bounce through a workmate's 3 network wifi, the vodaphone ip ban is still in effect! boo gree no mobile forum browsing for me...
