View Full Version : Where does the Silver Striker 281/229 970 gold come from?

In my inventory I saw a Silver Striker 281/229 with a label of 970 gold. I don't remember buying it. I now frequently see this unit in other people's unit list after raiding or fighting. It is not likely that so many people will spend 970 gold to buy this unit. Does anyone know where it comes from? Is it a bonus for gold purchase?

Edit: CJ didn't make a reward thread for Greenland so I'm not 100% sure if it's a World Domination unit. Sorry.

It is not a prize unit, since prize unit is not purchasable. It does not have any bonus and definitely not worth 970 gold. Just curious where it comes from. I am guessing that maybe Glee give it away for anyone who bought a vault recently?

It's a Greenland WD event prize and it was able to be purchased (probably quite a while ago)

Reward for top 4000 faction in Greenland. It was also previously an LE item.

It was a prize unit from Greenland. But it was also a past LE unit. When CCM was doing the Name a unit thread, everyone posted what they would like a unit to be called. Someone , I forget who, came up with silver striker. Whoever won, won the unit in their inventory and the unit was an LE for anyone else that wanted it. One of the other units was the flancraft carrier,lol.
