How to switch from iPhone to iPad without losing anything

I want to switch my account from iPhone to iPad, the directions in the in-game help section appear confusing.

ALERT: don't make my mistake. I am a persistent transferor. Between iPhone when on road and ipad in office and at home. I have an LLP I created basically to check my own raw stats. I created him on my phone while my HLP was on the ipad. These are my only 2 mw capable devices. You cannot transfer from one device with a created active player to another that also is running a created active player. I had to borrow a friend's iPhone, transfer my LLp onto it and off my phone, then get my HLP from the ipad onto my phone. Total mess. Just an FYI for transerors. GREE cannot wipe out a player and u cannot delete active information In a game without transferring it.
