There are lots of complaints about the time that support takes to resolve problems, so I thought I would start a "well done support" thread.
I have just had a support issue resolved in 13 - YES 13! - minutes (email to email times).
What is your fastest resolution time?
See post 6 for the new record - 11 minutes!

I got Nancy when I contacted support to x-fer from my old device to new one. I think it took about a day to resolve from when I first contacted support until she had me sorted out. Well done Nancy and thank you very much! She was as nice as she was helpful. Cheers!

mine was resolved in 11 minutes.
I sent the ticket at 10.28 am (concerning dragon tamer), and resolved at 10.39 am (got dragon rider).

I emailed 2 days ago to get my account name changed... still hasnt been changed... such a simple task should be done within 30 minutes at most.

Changed IGN to reflect guild tag. Took Nancy maybe a day to fix it and email back. I was impressed by her prompt reply, and would do business with Gree Support again. :)

Wow I haven't had any issues but I'm glad to hear they are being taken care of quickly. Well done staff!

Fastest they helped me is 8 days... Slowest one i am still waiting.

My best was within the hour. I remember posting about how amazed I was with the quickness.

I broke down and purchased my first gems in the last mega LTE so I could finish (H) mode and get two Dawn Heralds blah blah blah. Unfortunately when I bought them with my itunes account they never appeared in the game, and as a subsequent consequence I never finished the LTE heroic. Sent in a ticket 8 days ago now about the issue and aside from the confirmation email that they had received it, nothing in response since.
This was a day after I got my IGN changed within 24 hours of sending a ticket. So I guess I'm W:L is 1:1 right now, though I think I'd rather have that second Dawn Herald than the IGN change...

Not exactly sure but somewhere between a week and a half to 2 weeks
I hardly hear back from any of the tickets i submit but ya thats awesome that they responded to you in 13 mins. I've played alot of games and never had that happen on any of them. lol

Well, my ticket sent 5 days ago for a simple name change has NOT been taken care of yet. All I asked for was to have [MoC] added to my name. That's it. If they have a ton of tickets you'd think maybe they'd take care of the quickies like that and get them out of the way then deal with the time-consuming ones like accusations of someone being a hacker. Ah, well. I just don't know how long to wait to assume they're not going to answer that one and send a new one.
