That would be a hacker. The second picture I believe is the grand prize from the leader board event that just ended a few days ago, so there should only be one and we know who won that event. And with the first picture the P-91 pounder tank was a prize for placing in the too 10 for the battle of Greenland, where again a player should only have 1. Echo Leader also grand prize for a leader board event.

yeah, I've got the same feeling, that gree likes hackers. Its just a secret that they like hackers. Have reported several of them in lower tiers, no answers for month(s).
