If you start event with 26,000 you should be good, because you'll pick up items along the way. Was a lot easier to win before level 25, and once you get to 50, it will go up again.

At level 58, you are going to need an estimated 1,280,000 points to beat the Level 40 boss...that means an attack score of about 68,000.

I usually try do boss every few hours because normally i finish the boss event in 2 days so i try space them out.

I know max boss i can defeat in 18

Day 1 6 bosses
Day 2 6 bosses
Day 3 3 bosses ( 2 hour recovery time)
Day 4 3 Bosses ( 2 hour recovery time + 2 hour need defeat the boss)

I don't really know but I'm guessing that since they have the lowest attack of the 3 commons they might have the highest % of dropping just like when you get 3 rares in crates and 2 of them are about 2xx/1xx and the other is 6xx/4xx, the chances of getting the good one are far less than of the other 2 rares.

The events such as the epic boss one are there simply to beef you up before you head into battle. Whether you beat boss 1 or you beat boss 30, it only matters how you preform in the final battle, not how many bosses you beat.

The next few events before the final battle will beef you up but won't earn you any points. All your points come from the final battle. I suggest you check out the Modern War forums for some before battle tips and hints. We have already fought 2 major battles so we have many strategies.

If that's still not working, try closing all apps, shut down the device, and try again after a brief moment.

Absolute last resort, delete the game and reinstall it. Your game is saved on the server and no progress will be lost.

None for this event, but I've bought gold before. It took seven hits to get the 40th boss. Trouble is I'm at level 50 now, so I have only one more boss event at tier two (and that's if I'm careful with xp) before it gets harder.

Extremely good luck on these past 2 epic bosses for me. I normally just lurk the forums for tips and tricks, but I decided that this should be shared. My account is a camper, at level 20. The last epic boss I pulled 6 rare, 3 uncommon, and 14 common and I considered that a great haul.

thought so too. surprisingly i had to use 10g for boss 26 but got my 2nd rare mask from him. 5 rares(missed the rifle) and 5 uncommons in total. better than the payne event where i got only 3 rares out of 40 kills!!

Just one since I went out of full camp and participated in boss events. I missed the first few bosses after kimora due to just being sent to Tier 2.
Kimora's Limo in Tier 1, 10 gold
Payne Naughty Nightie Tier 2, (stopped counting after spending 100, but I think around 130. I was doing offers all through out so it was hard to keep track of my total gold used, but started at boss 31. I really wanted that nightie...)
Mike's Old Timer Tier 2, 0 Gold

I'm not sure, but I suppose all campers do this to a certain degree. Also, I actually had 60k in respect from scratchers and goals that I had never used to buy my two respect explosives (My only respect items). Also I no-bank while saving up for a lvl 2 upgrade of my first Night Club.

As for skills, couldn't decide where to put em, so.... yeah, it's real ( ^_^ )

The worst thing about this game IMO has been the incentive AGAINST leveling up. I've never seen another game where gaining experience is a liability and it's a legitimate strategy to AVOID playing as much as possible in order to keep your experience low.

Bosses are just the most glaring example of this. No, there should not be "tiers" of bosses. The boss should be the boss, and if you can't beat him, level the #*!* up and deal with it.

Luckily, given the ridiculous level of power creep lately, by the time all these campers decide to actually start playing, their boss items will be pretty much worthless against me.

I just finished at 21/14/5 so one worse than you. Spent ~120 gold

There is really a big difference in how lucky we get. Believe it or not, as poor of a result as it is compared to the majority that finishes 40, this is actually my best boss result yet. Another way of saying that everyone of them has 'sucked' for me in the sense that I get significantly below what appears to be average. That is not to say I am unhappy; these are free items of overall pretty good stats. I will keep going for it even if I never have the good luck.

This time I will find 'happiness' in the fact that my most common (8) common was the explosive. Last time I got 15 of the leather bracelet armors (the worst common) from payne LOL. That event really sucked, I spent gold but ran out of time with 4 to go...

You have to make a choice most people who don't level up to fast set a goal . Let say you are 5 level away from moving to tier 4 . You could try to get final item forcing you to be next tier when next boss event starts or you could say i going level by 3 and what boss i end up with i will stop. When next boss event you will still be tier 3 and keep going until you are 1 level away and stop and than wait until next boss event and go crazy and try final item. As result now you done 2 extra bosses on tier 3 .

Level 25 is still in tier 1.

Tier 2 is level 26-50 so if you can complete this event without reaching level 26 then go for it. The stat increase would also help in tier 2

A better way of describing the tiers would be the initial level THROUGH the last level. So as long as you're level 25 you won't move to the next tier.
