ATTN State Lottery Commission need this looked at

I sent in numerous email but they dont get replied too. About a week about I purchased 100 Powerball Tickets. I won only some free tickets. All my winnings were alot lower than the grand prize advertised. I only got 2 free tickets in about 100 tickets. I then rechecked the odds on your website and saw the overall odds of winning a prize are 1 in 31.85...mine is alot lower and I cant even find my tickets. Please PM me back if you need any of my other information. Please address this issue.

I have done everything I could to get their attention. I got over 100 lottery tickets that I bought with my real hard earned money. SO if they messed up, I either want my money replaced to buy new lottery tickets, or my prizes revised.
