From what I seen, CJ doesn't ban legitimate and polite complaints. If you come on here swearing like a dog and saying terrible things about GREE, that's when a ban might come out. It always depends on the treatment.

I understand the frustration when ticket times are high, but specifically calling me out and demanding attention in a forum thread isn't going to get a ticket answered faster.
