Profile transferred to new device leaving old device with default account
Entire profile lost. Same as above, loaded default profile
Name violation

Since the OP still had his/her base and stats, options one and two could not be the explanation. Unless I'm missing something, it had to be a name violation.

It's the default name for all accounts. Long story.

Aside from what dudebot mentioned, if you don't change the name on the account when prompted, you also stay Alex.
