2. Must be willing to give it their all. The size of their all isn't as important as their willingness to contribute.
3. **Must be relatively normal. If you're on a city bus and can't find the weirdo it's you.
4. Team players only need apply.

**Relative normality: It's Crime City. You probably set alarms and wake your family in the middle of the night to collect. You may even pull out your phone in the middle of a funeral service to do the same. We do, too. That's ok.
