Cost of Bonus Upgrades?

Does anyone know or have a link that outlines the cost for each upgrade of bonus items for the syndicate event?

The totals are correct, but anywhere it says 3 5 13
it really means 2.5 5 12.5


Also, really amazed the the CrimeCity subreddit is never utilized.
