Does anyone know how long before a person can be attacked again after being previously attacked?

Cow thinks it works like fixing buildings in that if you don't visit you're base you can't get attacked again. That would be huge knowledge for acquiring expensive buildings if so.

I always believed it to be one day, because I could not find find any sources how this works. But this is probably correct, because I've unloaded on players, and then revisited a few hours later and unloaded some more. My naive belief was actually wishful thinking.

Thinking wishfully has paired with a great deal of luck, for me ^_^

It take 2 hours guys. Used to 1 way back when. It was updated to 2 hours months ago. now understand this is level based. The lower the level you are the less hits you can dish out before the opponent is too weak to fight. Its a scaled approach and its been so long since i have been low level so i cannot.begin to guess what the ranges and attack amounts are now.

Thanks poop: glad to know this. I'm not sure what the Tiers are. At level 181, I know I could dish out 20. My LLP's opponents at level 16 can only take either 5 or 6 hits. Too bad you can't game it by avoiding base visits lol. But still very good information to know. Just now Ive been hitting a guy 20, 3 x in two days, and he could only take 10 and was "too weak to fight". I'll keep probing and document my LLP as he grows.

Good to know thanks. Looks like I'll be going over vault 1 1/2 hours before big building purchases and upgrades from now on before making the big run on them. I'll call it a sales tax on them :)

I tried on the same guy yesterday, hitting him again after 2 hours and 3 hours all got "Player is too beat up", I was able to hit him again after the 4 hours of waiting.
Milked 24 mil out of his 40 mil, poor guy.

Perhaps it is irritating, but it is not unfair. Being repeatedly pounded by the same player is irritating (this has never happened to me—I'm actually more guilty than innocent, but not unaware). How many players rotate through your rival list in four hours? Yes, players deserve four hours for planning out how to strategize/repurpose/proposition, regarding the 6 million just lost.

With the change to 4 hours and the bigger vault size it is more often that I'm raided for not collecting the larger buildings. I like to go find some one else and take their milk money, gotta keep the food chain moving.

There is a strategy that luring them to you LOL. You will be surprised how many people will attack you before checking your inventory LOL.

Basically once you have find a cash cow, you need to do whatever it takes to make "THAT CASH COW" thinks your are the cash cow and they want a piece of YOU LOL.

I'm not sure if its as long as 4h. I did a guy four times on Sat but I had it my head that the time was 3h so I went back at 3h and got my hits in. I'm also not convinced that just by logging on is enough to reset the time as I've been attack but someone I was farming in the past. I retaliated immediately as i was online but couldnt attack.

It took me only 2 hrs to be able to hit the same opponent again. Thats what I have witnessed myself. I dont know if they have recently changed.

well I found on weekend someone with big overvault....kicked 3 mil out of him b4 he was weak...went looking for another one and then got hit myself and lost 2 mil of it :cool::cool::cool:
