promote a new leader

does anyone know if we are assigning other member to be a new leader, whether the faction bonuses and everything else under faction attribute will stay intact ? or will it reset everything to square one ?

just want to make sure all efforts the team has put in is not lost.

Nothing changes except who has the star next to their name,. Even if EVERY player left except the leader - none of your stats would change

that brings up another question, what would happen if the leader him/herself left, before assiging leader, any idea what would happen to the faction and who is to be the next leader ?

My guess would be the officer (or member) that joined the faction the earliest.
