Really tough getting in some of these. Guess everybody is holding out to be #1.

Not by a long shot..

Look at the list in game and some requests through there. There many with just the founder
Difficult because most of them are a bit slack in describing their objectives of the guild

We have several upgrades already and just bought our 4th guild size increase.

We have 9% reduction bonus for upgrade costs for your building also

Everyone can find a home in a Guild. Trick is finding one that fits with your gameplay style and basic in-game credo. I know my guild scares the bejesus out of me...like "being with all the popular kids and laughing at everything they say so they'll like you" kind of scared. But, at least if gives me bragging rights.
