Easy to say when you are in top. I started a nice faction that got up to 24 players. After removing freeloaders, and booting people in multi-factions, I'm now down to 9. Only about 3 of us actively participate in the events.

I have invested a lot of time and money (game money, not gonna spend the real deal) in my faction and we are plummeting down the list. With the rewards structure, the gap only gets larger between top tier and bottom tier factions.

Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy the events. But it is a little frustrating being a one man operation.

They could Tier Gold, Tier Valor, Tier Cash.

I have played a lot of MMOs in my day. One great rule that help thin the herd was that "Guild/Clan must have "X" number of member in the first 24 hours of creation to be official."
