I sent a support ticket on the 20-01-13 regarding an in game issue I got a replaying saying they will look into it within two-three days but never got another relpy on the 02-02-13 I sent another no reply I sent another on the16-02-13 no reply its now the 21-02-13 can anyone help I would like it sorting please

Our leader has gone AWOL we have contacted support as to how to appoint a new leader still waiting for response anybody have any idea what the best course of action is

I'm not sure where to post this so I'll lump it in here with other ppl's ticket issues on the forum.

I contacted you over a month ago about a unit I won in a chest event (I think it was so long ago now, I forgot the event) but it was an Airete Tank, or some such unit, never got any resolution to that issue.

Now I got my 100 free gold for my customer loyalty, I wanted to LOOK, LOOK ONLY at the other nation bonuses because we can't actually see what the bonuses are, it just says bonus to Air, Ground, Infantry or Sea, etc. Well I clicked on one hoping to see more detail, like Brittan = 10% bonus to all sea units attack and defense. No such luck, I clicked on it and it just TOOK 50 of my free 100 gold, NICE, maybe there could be a confirmation page asking if I wanted to spend this gold, I DID NOT WANT TO. So I submitted a ticket for that .... no reply, waited a week.

So now since my original MW nation was Germany and my army is built mostly of Ground units I used the remaining 50 of my 100 free gold to switch back to Germany as I was loosing way too much in stats as Britain. I figured I'd hit another button by mistake and accidentally spend my remaining 50 gold and be stuck as Britain and still not have a reply from you or a fix to my problem.

COULD I PLEASE GET MY 100 GOLD BACK THAT WAS WASTED ON NATION CHANGES, AS I NEVER WANTED TO CHANGE I JUST WANTED TO SEE WHAT THE BONUSES ARE, BUT THERE IS NO SUCH INFORMATION, AND NO CONFIRMATION PAGE ALERTING YOU THAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO SPEND GOLD.

You have since given us another 50 Loyalty Gold.

Now add to that my most recent ticket, I was trying to look through the "Special items" page in the Store, in game and touched the first item to scroll through the items, yet the damn thing made another purchase and I wasted 17 GOLD for 1 Extra Ally, certainly nothing I would ever spend gold for. I had wanted to scroll through and see if there were any ground units I might actually like to buy with my 50 free gold.

So now I'm out 117 gold and all I have to show for it is a wasted nation change from German to British back to German and 1 Extra Ally, which I don't need, and I'm still short one unit that I won in an event but never ended up in my inventory, can I please get some responses to these tickets other than the response that says you have my ticket and please don't resubmit it because you are experiencing high ticket volumes.

Lastly could you please look at possibly adding a confirmation page for gold purchases, maybe this would help to cut down on the number of tickets?

i had same thing... send a ticket in, no response...

i finally had a response...
"please let us know if you are still experiencing an issue in-game and if so please feel free to reply to this email. one of our specialists will be happy to assist you".
i replied yes that i still had the problem ..... ...and no response again......

My customer support ticket was answered in a quick and timely manner. Kudos and a big thanks to Lee @Gree Customer Support.

Seriously don't bother going crazy thinking you are gettin support to fix your problem. I dont think they know wtf is going on themselves
All the glitches they have now is overwhelming. No one in this game has anything right with thier profiles. Money missing , gold missing, numbers are wrong , you cannot even use ur bonuses you've won etc........all you get is reinstall ur app from
support and never here back from them. Seriously. We have been abandoned.

Hello my name is Sgt Collins Aka sgt rock 105 933 786 please help boycott gold purchases in support of poor customer service, wrong prizes, wrong stats, scratch tickets, never following up on complaints etc. The game says free, but is geared around spending money/gold once that happens then i feal there obligated to followup on complaints in a timely manner not 10 days to 4 months. i know allot of players have same issues and feal nothing can be done, there strength in numbers. Just saying

Dear Gree, i would really like to start playing again. I have played for over 3 years i have well built base with a great faction that is about to drop me because i can't get back on for over a month....
Did i mention i buy gold every month?
this is the 5th time i have tried to get a hold of someone... anyone???
i have not got single word back except for the auto response for changing psswd.
I switched phones and need to transfer my acct please advise?
