Top 100 faction in BfB and BfG seeking US based players

The US branch of our faction requires reinforcements.

What are we after?
We need a daily active player with 100k plus stats and plays in the CST\MST\PST time zone. Basically we need reinforcements for our America based members.

Why such high stats?
Our faction contains players of varying stats levels, not all as high as 100k+. We're looking for someone to lead the faction to war during CST\MST\PST times and based on our experience a higher stat player can lead by example.

What is my role as leader?
You will be responsible for:
- organising and coordinating attacks
- motivating and inspiring your troops
- revise strategies if needed
- make sure your troops understand their roles

How can I be expected to achieve this? What support do I get?
We have a very active community which include big stat experienced players. We have evolved to our own forum where we discuss everything that concerns the faction, from hints and tips to Battle for Country (BfC) guides and strategy. This section is only available to faction members.

We analyse and assess the results of each BfC so we can learn to adapt our strategy for the next BfC. A faction members voice is always heard as we are a democracy not a dictatorship.

Faction Leadership
We are very lucky to have a fair and just leader. He remains objective at all times and can be ruthless when needed.
His strong leadership is why we have retained a very good team, why we have been highly organised and achieved great results without having to be reliant on gold.

As an ambassador for you faction you're really showing the integrity and fair play values your faction hold. To be honest anyone wanting to join you are welcome, I wouldn't want them in my faction. We are not a gold faction, however we do have members who use gold. It's purely optional and we have no intent in becoming a gold faction which is why our objective is to remain a top 100 faction only. It's the same prizes for 26-100 so we just make sure we stay above 100th place. No stress just fun :)

Look here's my view on this, gold is for the retarded players. Seriously if you want to buy gold it's all on you own to make that decision. I too joined before BfG and not once urged to spend real cash on a virtual world. However we are very lucky to have alot of members who are very giving/generous. For the future, with these bunch of guys and gal.. I'm pretty sure it will be the same mind set to come.

Joined BAF just before BFG and can highly recommend this faction if you want to enjoy MW. Very welcoming, very supportive, bloody good fun and an understanding of MW/life balance. We finished 79th in BFG, but we enjoyed it too. My Ign is dido, and I like BAF!
