Game play questions?

I have a question. Do faction bonuses also work during normal game play or during boss events? I would like to know if the faster health regen will work on boss events.

I was wondering this exact thing. Ty.

Though I wonder why my faction's bonus are not correctly stated on my profile page? Two are at +10% but profile page bonuses shows 3 bonuses (which is correct @ 3) but all say +5%.
