It's quiet, too quiet...

Is it just me or since the chat started on the possible arrival of guilds that the forum has got a little quiet...
Am I misreading the rising tension? The behind the scenes lobbying, the to'ing and fro'ing of alliances and game plans? Must have missed that.

Or is it because this last quest has seemed interminable and we are all just stuffed...

It's extremely hard to keep up with the pace of these events. As it seems, once an event as been completed, the next week there is something new to surpass the use of what was one the week before. That's pointless and an absolute waste of money.

They need to be more creative in developing these events, focusing on how to get the best revenue from players will kill the game in the end. But making the game entertaining and fun, will give it many more years to come.

Completely agree. I confess I was very disappointed in this last quest. Even though I am a regular gem player the odds for both gold and gem players was ridiculously unbalanced. It was a very lazily put together LTQ. Too many levels lost, unimaginative enemies over stacked with hit points, bad odds even though people put in the time and effort. So bad so sad... Lets hope the next few quests/wars reinvigorate us

Everyone is till sleeping from trying 24 HOURS a day to get the bow and Angel....but some might be to'ing and Fro'ing there is a lot of FUN posts, a lot of descention going on as well with who used to be..should be...going to be...want to be and the ones left out that outta be ? Everyone else is busy relaxing brains and catching up with old allies for war talks and new events, I say just throw a quick boss event out there and shake the tree again and see what falls out !
If not I will go back to sleep and work.. Costly event for some ! Very costly and very wasteful !

I agree with you kruppe. I got the bow, but boycotted the LTQ side of quest pair due to the amount of levels it would of cost me. That and I didn't want a bard as a top unit.

Game is dead that's why , there's nothing going on in it , just these stupid LTQ events and that's it .

Winstrol, I do agree that it is dying. The reason is that the units we are getting has no real affect on the game. It is like cool I this unit that gave me 3000 more attack but I still would lose dragons if I attacked and have no reason to attack. So now they sit up on a shelf and collect dust. Then we go onto the next quest 5 hours later just to get another trophy. They need something new, like a tournament. Pvp in bracket style. Then we would be something interesting and new. Guilds are the best thing to look forward to. Until then same old same old stuff.

I do not think the game is dead. I am a (relatively) new player and I am pretty much addicted to it. Maybe once I have a lvl 10 breeding den and have maxed out my dragons, it will get boring, but all games do eventually.

I have been following on the threads the talk of guilds, but how is it going to work? How does one join one?

There are no Guilds yet. It's TBA.

And here is the issue, player are too busy Guilding up than playing up, there is a shift in post,threads and people's attitudes...eg. The1 post on the RK....he was , hes not, before you would see helpful hints and ways to work things out , you had banter, there were funny thread or Winstrol paying out some one that needed it , now there's zZIP , Gree NEED an event now take everyone's mind of the guild, let's get back to pillaging , plundering , the Guild is not til next month so plenty of time, you can have teams in 2 weeks , but everyone is working on TODAY, then they will get bored cause the Guilds haven't started! Then some will talk of changing side or going there ...cause they think they get a better winning position....blah blah..THE commradere' seems to have WAINED !
Play the game as it is and not how it will be, bring back the good times, laughter , banter , jokes, silly comments!

With many people playing a few of GREEs games exhaustion was bound to set in with nonstop questing for a bit now and would not be surprised if people are taking a break to recharge and refocus with the upcoming change to the game.

It's not your dragoon snoring, it from you cause you drank toooo many beers waiting for some Mythical Bow that was just a pipe dream.. Maybe you should switch to Fosters ...then make a life raft out of the cans and go looking for them whales , at least it won't be quiet while you amassing the cans ! See told you beer makes you soft...now your depressed as well!
