WD points for defensive win

Please help on this issue. WD faqs state there are 2ways to get WD points, one is for a successful attack on another player. the second is for an attack on a fortification. It does not state that a successful defense against an attack wins you WD points. But, since a successful defense gives you a "win" do you also get the points? One of our factions membership relies on this answer. Thanks in advance!

Concur, We have a couple AWOL players that actually have a few points for succesful defenses.

I have the same thing. Have two players that have yet to check in and play. One of them has nothing but like 10 losses, the other has 4 losses and 2 wins with points. So you do get points for successful defense.

I don't know about you, but i get 4-5 time more points for a successful defend than a successful attack.

When you wall is down do you get more points for a defense win? Also from what I have seen player level seems to have the most to do with WD points.

It's not really that much, because i get a pathetic amount of points for attacks being a level 200. I get 250-325 for defends.

40-70 for attacks.

Only during 200 vs 200 i get 115-150.
