HELP Please- Faction Attack Bonuses not working! ATTENTION CJ.

I created a support ticket (#379877) and haven't received any help and its been many days.

Non of our Faction Attack Bonuses are working. We just added another one today and same thing. My faction members keep asking me for answers. Please help. We're viewing the stats after adding the bonuses from with the faction > Members List > View
We ever reinstalled app with no help. So something is going on and we need your help resolving asap. Its giving us a big disadvantage.

I think the member list shows raw stats, I.e. no bonuses.

Russell from support originally wrote back to my open ticket saying I need to view the stats with the new added bonuses from Faction > Member List. That viewing my stats from profile page will not include any faction bonuses.

They work in the attack screen. They won't show in your profile.

They do not work at all...the reason your att is higher(sometimes) in the attack screen is the random variance/ skill points.
... The random multiplier is anything from -15% to + 15%(random every time)
I love stats & numbers , track mine too closely;)

I know the health regeneration for sure doesn't work in WD. Funny thing is that it was working before the war started.

May be 15% + att skill points ;)
I personally haven't have my stats go more than -15% , but it had gone slightly higher than +15%(skill points)

I love invisible boosts :D They function as intended. And by intended, I mean they were only created to give people something to do while building a faction. They have no real functionality whatsoever.
