I get no credit for my wd points earned! Help!

I was so excited to contribute in this event. I have gone in & have gotten 45 wins in one session with Attacks & my WD points are not counted. Once I figured this out I decided I could help by destroying walls so I destroyed a wall by myself. I got "no" WD points for that either. I have reinstalled my APP twice now. No Luck.
Also I have killed the defense leader & it must of caused a glitch by me doing it because he came back to life several times in one war. I have spent a vault & I got nothing to show for it.
I got up this morning and saw I got a few wins only from being attacked so I earned an extra 250 WD points for the team. This is a joke for me. I have put into customer support with multiple screen shots.
IS THIS HAPPENING TO ANYBODY ELSE?

I hit the wall and only do 20 pts damage...Is it possible to do more damage per hit when hitting the opponent's wall during a faction battle?

My attack is about 11000 and my defense is about 14000 at Lvl 26...thanks.
