oops, this thread title may be confusing now that 1ear see it with 2 eyes in morning light..
response to closing of Ferr buddies thread which stated that hackers were ruining battle
for Gree Land...our customer representative suggested we simply report to Gree...that
Gree would take care of their customers as they always have...well 1 ear begs to differ.

Thanks for the new thread 1ear since the old thread is locked. CJ, I have sent tickets that go unanswered for three weeks only to get a reply that stated you are you using an older version, please update. Why? Why can't YOU do anything about it? If you can take the time to delete and lock threads then surely you could take a look at factions with reported hackers right? Wouldn't it be easier than flooding support with tickets right now?
