Taking down a wall doesn't matter anymore?

I saw posts about the other WD point issues I've been having, but none about this. Whenever we knock down a wall we still get the same amount of WD points. When I am hitting someone within 5k stats as me, with a wall down, and getting 45 WD points, something is seriously wrong.
Anyone else feeling my pain?

Evidently the new layout for attacking is based on level not on stats.

Hypothetically, at 171 if I attack a 130 within 5k of my stats I get 80 points. But, if I attack a 190 with 20k stats I get 240 points. They changed the mechanic for WD point payout. It's run afoul cry all over the forums.

It's not funny, because on of our guys is lvl 200 and has 170k stats and hasn't gotten over 100 WD points in an attack yet.

It wouldn't surprise me during this change they forgot about fortifications.
