I think you had to go out and back into the game. The others may not have done this yet.

It turns out that the reward script we created specifically to award things to large masses of people (like the entire game) doesn't like rewarding two things at once. The gold should be out next week (my understanding is, the item/currency in question has to be queued up and go out in a data push).

It's not level based - I'm camping, currently lvl 4 and got it (and no gold, as everyone else)

This game is 99% unplayable. I have one of the fastest phones available and it crashes every single time I play it. It's just matter of how many things I can do before it crashes. It's eight 1 or 2 things and it crashes. Updating reinstalling, everything I can possibly think of leaves me with the same results.
I'm not surprised the free stuff won't be here until after this is all over.
I'm sorry for being negative but this game is a total waste of time and money at this point. None of my support tickets have been answered in over a month except for one, and I was given instructions on transferring my account to my new phone. I never mentioned anything about transferring an account. It was about not recieving items, valor points, cash, gold, and the constant crashing. I think I'm done with the game after this battle, so my faction doesn't lose me in the middle of this.

Ok I thought I was getting rewarded rather than just getting "stroked." Guess I benefit from being a new player (unit is more useful to me in theory than an older more established player) but could really use that gold more :)
