Counselor, as members of the bar in a very old and noble profession, you know that such pronouncements have no weight of law.

They are, as we both know, advisory, at best.

Unless we were answering a client's inquiry, they offer us no legal shelter, nor are such pronouncements enforceable at law.

That said, I have prepared the "documents" necessary to effect such enforceability at law.
