What is going on?

I'm trying to reset my password for forums. They ask me a random question: "the swift brown fox jumped over the lazy dog. What type of animal did the fox jump over?" I put "dog" also put "a dog" and they said that the answer was incorrect..... Am I missing something? Haha

I had the same problem, and never could access the forum, other than to view. I had to send in NUMEROUS tickets, and finally a gree tech named Vietnam, was able to give me access, after 4 attempts. Good luck
