I know it's been a while, but I've finally updated my loot spreadsheet with the new dataset. All jobs through Japan Town are now available. Check the link in my signature and make yourself a copy.

It looks like the Last Call and Street Envy drop rates from the Cartel Compound were cut in half from the previous Spreadsheet. Was that intentional?

The last spreadsheet was months ago. They changed the drop rate for TLC a few weeks after it was released because it was dropping far too frequently. The drop rates you see here are accurate for the last few months.
