LVL limit for events

Just started a new account on my old phone.

Was expecting to be able to progress in the paintings event but it dose not pop up nor do paintings drop from missions or attacks.


Is there a lvl cutoff, my origional account was created before these events started up.

I think you need to be at least level 10

You need to be level 10 for crate events. To late on this one
