Did you click on them? it will probably ay fnished building in 3 minutes or something similar. It happened to a few of my buildings yesterday. I think it is when the Gree gremlins are playing around with stuff internally during open gaming - dont know if you remember but they use to shut the game down for half hour at a time to do stuff like that but as there is events going on they just let people tear there hair out and go prematurely grey with worry that their hoods have been involved in an atomic blast or lost all their pig skins and paintings like they did to me for a seemingly pointless upgrade - thought i was finally getting syndicates Gree but no, your gremlins were just teasing me!

Hope your hood is back to normal now anyway!?!

Lol, hopefully you won't find me. I was never given the chance to name my character, and it defaulted to Alex, which luckily is my actual name.

As for the wierdness, something similar happened in my hood yesterday. Every single one of my buildings started to upgrade at the same time. Fixed itself with a restart though.

Ahh they are becoming a plague like urban foxes - babys are starting to pack heat or hide spiked knucs under their pillows for fear of being attacked or mauled in London following the most recent attack this morning - Death to all the fo.. er i mean alex's!!
