is it not correct that the health regain bonus is only for the boss events and will not have any effect in the battle for grenland

That is not correct. The health regen works in the World Domination events as well so it will work in Battle for Greenland.

I know some people's full health regen faction bonus shows up as 22% and some others as 25%.

Did we ever get to the bottom of this?

hgf- i believe it is because the bonuses are cumulative instead of additive...? maybe its the other way around

It works but just not in a correct way.
I suppose to regen 25 points in 16 min and 15 sec.(35% regen, 20% item plus 15% faction) but it actually regens between 17 min to 17 min 30 sec., it varies every time.

It appears it's based on the Leader: IOS is 22% based on the way it's calculated and Android shows 25%. (unconfirmed but this has been stated)
