Which thread should I be posting this on? When I started that is what I did but still got nothing

Ha, just posted this on another thread:To get the rewards, the person has to be new to the game, complete the tutorial and use your friend code at that time. Simply adding friends doesn't work.Which thread should I be posting it on? And anyway when I started this game I did the complete the tutorial and still got nothing and tutorial still there
