Cannot trigger boss on Android

Hey guys, I still can't trigger the boss on my Android account. Level 13 should be high enough to trigger bosses right? Anyone else got this issue?

I have the goal, but no splash screen.

Sometimes I have to travel back to my base after raiding/attacking/mission, then it'll finally trigger it on my EVO 4G

For this boss I have to leave the game then come back into it works most of the time.

my android is always a day behind my iso 5,last 3 bosses,had to hit all missions on insurgent camp quick as I could and wait 2 to 5 minutes for boss to appear,worked everytime so far,after first time he will appear after 1 mission,till next boss,hope it works for you
