Hey all, as many of you have noticed, the just-released iOS version of the game contains Syndicates, and allow you to join with other players to gain bonuses and (very soon, this feature is on the way) engage in battle with each other.

The Android version will be released in a few days, and we'll post an announcement/update when that is out.

glad of the update but why have my att/def points dropped? first load after update I was a hundred down on each, close and reload and it went up but not to where it was previously.

also the game is now auto collecting money whilst you rob/fight which is pretty annoying!! the same happened for jobs after the last update, it needs to go back to how it was!

As long as the first event is far enough in the future, the delay for android sholdnt hurt too much. You're still getting bricks, and you've got fair warning to save cash to donate. Sure you lose the upgrade effects for however long it's delayed, but in the grand scheme of things it's not going to seriously damage your syndicate.

Of course, if they start first event just as it's being unrolled for android that would be incredibly unfair.

How does all of this work? I've been stumbling my way through it so far & picking up the mechanics of how it works, but I don't yet understand where the benefits go. Do they benefit you in regular/solo play, or just when acting on behalf of the syndicate? To ask just one question...lol

Do you know how to contact support via the in game help menu? Send a message to support reiterating what you said in your post, here, and ask if they can please restore your bricks.

It's early in the rollout of an important new game feature, can't guarantee any particular result but based on generally-positive experience I've had, sending tickets describing sort of similar mistakes I've made, and asking nicely for some help, I think the odds are decent you'll get the bricks back.

As for the other question, if/when you find a syndicate, try joining and if there's a hitch, send another ticket (but I think you'll be fine there, too).

And a suggestion: It would be good not to first withdraw money from bank (if you have enough money in the bank) then donate money to syndicates.

First you must withdraw the amount that you want to donate from bank , then you must go to syndicate menu and donate.

The problem (bug) is that if i want to donate cash or bricks, the number keyboard stands over the donate/ok button, so i can't confirm a donation.

I would say get an iPhone or quit the game however since I'm in the same boat withe the same phone just sit back and wait for GREE to continue to screw us. What is interesting is droid users on MW really do not have as many issues as cc.

The current update has fixed an issue that was displaying incorrect stats in the profile for all players with more than 500 mafia; your actual stats in regards to combat have not changed. Your mafia stats are and have always been determined by the following:

Up to five allies per level (to a max of 500 at level 100) act as equipment slots for your equipment. Each of those allies allow the stats from one armor, one gun, one melee weapon, one vehicle and one explosive (if you have all of those) to apply to your mafia stats. The game chooses the best out of what you have when doing the calculation, and considers attack and defense separately when looking at the items.

Player stats have always been determined by the above method. The display issue was causing it to look like the cap (5 per level to a max of 500) was not being enforced and showing an inflated number for players with over 500 mafia. The update now allows you to see the actual stats brought to combat.

We apologize for any unintentional confusion caused by this display issue.

I have found no buttons the say attack, start battle or anything of the sort. It says "anyone" can start a battle but so for no one in the syndicate had the option to do so. Not even the leader. Someone please tell me how do this. 0 influence pints right now because no way to battle.

I have been running Crime City on my Kindle Fire for nearly a year. Over the weekend my game updated and I now have the ability to join a Syndicate, but I lost about 5,000 points in both Mafia Attack and Mafia Defense.

Checking my inventory I found that a number of things disappeared, for example, I had 4x S&P Spats, now I have only 1x. There was also body armor from that event that is now gone.

Is this some kind of Amazon-induced Kindle Kluster? Has this happened to anyone else?
