How about implementing an area for people to sell stuff?
It could be for people who want more gold or cash and have items that are towards the weaker end that they want to get rid of, there could be a marketplace to sell items that you don't want, or your stats are too high for.
Good for people who have really high stats (they can get richer and get rid of items that are like 100a-100d) while the more poor people can buy cool, maybe limited edition items from previous events.
