Any word on changes for BfG?

Am I the only one wondering what rule changes, if any, will be instituted for Greenland? Foremost is declaring war, ie will it be limited to officers, require 2 or more players or ???? Seems nearly all of us had issues with this, and it is going to affect how we configure and who we leave in our faction, would be nice to know more than a day or two in advance???

Been asking that question for days ..... will we start from where we ended in Brazil or is each country a separate event? I hope we start at zero for Greenland.

I didn't even know a running total on points was even being considered. I really hope they limit who they allow to declare war though.

Hope not we are still missing 300k points and thus i dont trust our ranking at all. Nearlly 600k points and ranking was like 580....
This thing have even more bugs than before.
