Always happy to be in the Top 50, but ranking 31st is the direct result of having 10 players who each logged less than 1% of our team point totals. Eight of them also contributed less than 1% of the team's WD points, so Elites United will have multiple openings this week. The great news is that we have a lot of really strong, really dedicated members who were able to overcome all the dead weight. With the dead weight gone, I'm actually looking forward to Greenland!

Cj, tier 1 faction is mistakenly listed as the french and in 48th place. However, we had over 64k total. In addition, you have only awarded the unit to 28 of our 56 person team. So, i think the 48th place only takes nto account the 26 members. Something is really screwed up in the database for this type of mistake during both the first and second PvP. I have the specific list of 28 members missing the unit. Please PM me for the list or refer to case 365190 for detailed list of all team members and PvP statistics. This has got to be fixed rather than simply closed with a questionaire asking how you are doing.

TIER 1: 64,862 wins. Clearly documented with screenshots. And again we are excluded.

Did we offend Gree somehow? We got screwed on the last PvP too: finished 14th (again with perfect record keeping and screenshots) but excluded from the leaderboard and no units awarded for days or weeks. Some members still don't have the unit from the last PvP and the leaderboard was not corrected. This has a huge impact both on our ability to recruit and on our team's morale.

CJ please respond here or with a PM ASAP. Please explain why we were excluded again! We would really appreciate it if you can correct this problem both now and in the future.

We really don't care that much about the unit, but we want our rightful place on the leaderboard.

CJ, i did the math and the 28 Tier 1 members who received the unit totaled 30898 wins. That likely placed us in 48th place. But your calculation is missing the remaining 28 members for a total of 64862 faction wins. This is the second PvP event that you've done this to us. I sent Gree our full list of Faction members to check against your database prior to the event. I sent you our detailed statistics immediately following the event. And you stick your head in the sand, close the case and send me a questionnaire asking how is Gree support doing. Check tickets 355343 and 365190. This is ridiculous!

Only thing I can think of is that the faction in questions harbour hackers who GREE know about and hence those points were not counted. Maybe I'm wrong.

now how would You like to see Your own and You faction stats, just a random number in the top, or would You like to see how many hits did You do too, and then compare that with Your own numbers to see, is it correct or not. I'm not saying some team is out deliberately, maybe its a glitch in a buggy game but WITH stats showing, everyone can see and compare, is there something wrong or not and then point it out. Simple as that.

CJ and Gree Management,

I am a member of Tier 1 (formerly The French). My Alliance ID is 453 525 087. This is the second PvP Event I've participated on this team and this is the second time our total score has been calculated inaccurately. After a month of of many members sending in tickets requesting the correction be made most of us, not all, most of us received the Faction Sub (anyone can use my Alliance ID to ally and verify my Faction Sub). The rankings were never updated to reflect our true ranking but we understand mistakes happen so we moved on no worse for the wear.

Since that time, we've continued to build a strong team. We placed in the Top 50 in the Battle for Brazil. After Brazil, merged with the strong members of The Wolverines. We are a fun, well led and dedicated team of nerds who just wanna have some fun. We put forth a solid effort, playing together to earn over 60,000 wins. Many spent money....most lost sleep and we're all really bummed that we were shafted again (For the record, our boy Maxy sent you guys our team stats (based on pre/post PvP individual stats) soon after the event ended.

At the end of the day, yes, there are far worse problems in this complicated world and this is only a game.....but that's the thing....we play this game...spend a lot of time and money....to forget about all the problems, meet some cool people and have some fun.

This isn't fun.

now how would You like to see Your own and You faction stats, just a random number in the top, or would You like to see how many hits did You do too, and then compare that with Your own numbers to see, is it correct or not. I'm not saying some team is out deliberately, maybe its a glitch in a buggy game but WITH stats showing, everyone can see and compare, is there something wrong or not and then point it out. Simple as that.

If you already have your own stats, then good on you. Why you didn't make the top 50, I don't know. It looks like 30,000 PvPs was the number to get into the top 50. If you calculated you had more than that, like tier 1, you should send a ticket to GREE with all the evidence that you gathered during the event to back up your statements.

Glitch here's your unit"? Sent ticket to start the mentioned "dance". If my attacks were not counted like the last Pvp I am sure VFF Bravo would be in top 10 definitely or top 5 possibly. I'd like to see more transparency from company, not just plain list with no stats. When I start to play some game, I can be valuable asset to game, developers, team members etc, but when they piss me off, then I can quit fast too. Its THEIR loss, not mine. And I'll stay away from rest of that company games too.

As soon as they publish numbers, they suddenly get a huge influx of tickets with people stating that the numbers are wrong. They are still trying to work through the current backlog, so I can see why they're being tentative in releasing the exact numbers as this will only add to the growing mountain of tickets.

If you want to stop playing this and any of their other games because you don't like that they are not forthcoming with more information and lack transparency, then that's your prerogative. Since CJ has taken over the forum, I think all will agree that communication between GREE and their players has much improved, but as you rightly say, could be better.

Based on our Pre/Post Stats we had over 60k wins....they have us at 48th under the French even though the name was changed to Tier 1 a couple weeks ago.....only half of our members received the Faction Drone unit....we're thinking they didn't include the scores of the half who didn't get the unit.

We're not whining or anything we just want an accurate score to be tallied. Again, our issue is in no way meant to diminish the accomplishments of all the solid Factions that placed. Sincere congrats to all the winners.

Yeah, that's the other one we're looking into, it's a separate issue from what TIER ONE has going on. There's some kind of issue in the pull at the end for a handful of people; we believed it was related to the ghost issue but that appears not to be the case (just coincidence). We saw these issues last time but they were very heavily obscured by a mass of confused reports that weren't actually the issue, and a couple of mistakes support-side (mostly mine, to be fair).

ertrifo, the key ingredient to a faction PvP competition isn't so much as your arsenal, albeit having decent stats to begin with helps, but being highly active with similar, like-minded players in the same organized faction can accomplish the same results. If you had twenty-two members who all participated for the weekend and each player topped out at 1,400-1,600 PvP points, you would find your faction in the top 50.

The reality of this strategy game is that nothing is really for free. You have to work on it, whether it is building up an arsenal of 100 Destroyers (or Aircraft Carriers, Stealth Bombers, etc), upgrading your four primary boost buildings, or farming decent stat units in missions, it's up to the individual player to be responsible for making their account competitive if they wish to reap the rewards of smart AND active game play.

You'll get there, it just needs some strategy and not so much as luck from a random crate event.

Nice intel work there matey... Let's see what CJ says, but it seems they are using covert practices to keep their activities hidden from the authorities, so it is going to be tough to prove. I hope you have plenty of evidence such as emails that you can pass on.

It is quite possible that your faction is being investigated for using non-legitimate practices to gain an unfair advantage, hence they are not distributing the prizes to all the members of your faction, but I could be wrong.

First, I would like to reiterate for those insisting on (unfounded) speculation that you should, as Dutchie says, submit your alleged evidence to the dev team and prove it. I am in Tier 1. I spend real money.

There are several points I would make here: (1) I've seen NO EVIDENCE of hacking (and I am on the officer email list, off-game chat, and in-game forum all the time); (2) the faction's boosts ARE NOT maxed out (or even close), and my prior (unaccused) group had nearly the same boosts; (3) the faction placed 40th in Brazil (without being able to take down every wall) and placed in all pvp events (last one with 64k pvp wins) which takes actual CASH FOR GOLD and EFFORT--I've not been made aware of any hack for those things; (4) I do not know lost_souls, and this for me is is not personal, though for him it sounds to be--there is a tendency to attempt to move yourself upward by finding ways to have someone else take down those ahead of you (thus, random accusations against PUN and even Ferr that I've read here), so it is in real life, and in game.

My suggestion is that true, accurate, and clear evidence be called for, and if not provided in a reasonable time, such accusations be labeled what they are: libelous. Reputation matters in this game and in life; these accusations attack that directly. So, put up, or, shut up and do not come back.

If I am wrong, I will start my own thread admitting my error and directly calling out anyone responsible. I'll also buy whoever proves me wrong with real evidence an iTunes card for your efforts at salvaging my reputation. But I am not wrong.

Did you keep the emails that you were party to or copies of other forms of communication? This is called evidence and this kind of stuff is what they use in a court of law to prove beyond doubt.

These factions that have been mentioned have used not legit in game money to buy all bonuses in their factions and individuals have used not legit in game money to bump up their iph. This was all done before the first WD.

There was 5billion 10billion being donated at a time into these factions. I have heard from these faction that they spend $1000s a month on this game but if that is the case why did you struggle during the first WD. my lower level account was stuck in Alpdruck and they did not get more than 5k in point in any battle, they couldn't afford to buy gold.

This does not affect our faction but other lower factions maybe

Not sure how entrenched the PvP culture is at this point. Seeing points would be great, and I understand those are coming and can be patient. A lot of us "decent" light gold or free players are not gonna realistically have a shot at top50, maybe even top 100. We need to see where we measure up to assess how or whether to do these in the future.

There seem to be a lot of folks at all levels of the game that question the point in bashing one's brains out in PvP. A little more structure and sprinkling some greater incentives might help, eg tier out some prizes down to 2, 3, 4, 500 level or so????

I have also looked into the other factions which have been mentioned as yes they also have all the bonuses and these factions only scored 500k-1.7m points during brazil with 52 and over members in them, which indicates they are not gold players.

It seems like admin has done nothing to look into all of this hacking so therefor i have sold everything in my base and deleted this game. My $5000 every other month can be spent on better things.

Talking ''smack'' as it's been nicknamed is what make's games fun! The sore losers and even the jealously of players is what brings about competition. We all hate to lose and until officially told otherwise by a moderator or similar there is no such thing as a hacker, we know there is but until GREE do something about it there isn't.

The best will always be the bad losers; they will never take an insult without returning the favour. Unfortunately I fit this category, if someone attacks me that I cannot get revenge on... my debit card takes a hit and then the player :p

How about we all just stick to the game since we wouldn’t be playing if we didn’t find at least some amusement. Hackers I believe will be banned eventually although with GREE’s level of customer support it may take a year... or 2.
