Arctic Boxes Vanishing

Here we go again!

Find a box. It moves over to the bottom left of the screen and disappears. Had the same problem on my other account with Nuclear crates. Support replied they would be looking into these issues to avoid a repeat of this. Didn't look very hard did they?

How about renaming it to Arctic Recycle Bin?

I sent a ticket for the last event, support said they were aware of it, and were working on a fix, but clearly they didn't find one

Both of my accounts have the issue. Boxes keep dropping on both. One registers but when attempt to open by cash get an error message and it disappears once I leave the pop up. The other one doesn't even register the box at all.

This has been a continuing problem for months. I have sent in numerous tickets on this to absolutely no avail. It seems as if Gree is really trying to get me to quit. Get with the program Gree......

I've been experiencing the same thing. I came to this conclusion a while ago: auction events can suck it. I sent a ticket before I knew it was a widely experienced issue. Obviously they know something's wrong, but will they fix it? Who knows.

This has happened to me if I start the event too soon but it stops after a few hours, is it still happening? yeah, still happening exactly as you described. Works after about 2 hours so your spot on with your analysis.

The only time im actually keeping my artic chests is during an attack. When i raid they dissapear. I only have one chest in my stash when i should have 6

The same thing is happening to me. It happened last event too. Opened a ticket last event and this event. No response to either ticket.

Stop expecting anything to work, enjoy what you can (if anything) and let it all go.

My count always stucks at 0, sometimes it is -1, then after collect the box, it is 0. Most of the time, it is just 0 thru out.

I've collected maybe 8-10 boxes but I'm still at zero.

Same for me like Commander Ghost or C0720 reported already. Just collect them during attacks, doesn't work while raiding. But I can collect boxes if I visit a rivals base and attack his avatar, try yourself.

I have also had this issue for the last 3 events and sent tickets a number of times but support does nothing about it, oh wait! Viet answered back that they were aware of the issue and had added some crates to my stack. Only problem was, I got them with 15 minutes left in the event, figures.
This time around, with the pvp, I started out raiding to accumulate exp slower than attacking and the same sh!t was happening. When I started to actually attack instead I quickly ran my count up to 56 in the last couple of hours of PVP.
Still not opening but at least I have something to attempt to open.

This sucks...but Simple Solution guys.

Don't Raid. Only attack or PVE. Yes it's annoying and it has been doing it for the last 3 Crate Events. In fact i'm pretty sure it's related to Concrete since you can only get Concrete via Attacks and not PVP.

I'm pretty sure it's impacting all players....but i could be wrong.

The part that's really weird is that sometimes I've shown -3 boxes. I get a box and it goes to -2. I've probably had about 20 boxes that have disappeared in this event.

What's been happening to me is that I've been earning boxes, but they don't add on.
Ex. I have 30 boxes, earn one, but I still have 30.

I have over 50 unopened boxes and they keep on coming from all the attacking and doing missions. Dont have time to open them all up, cause only 1 in hour and half the times it even doesnt open. Usually crappy things inside too :D
