It takes so long that you should build 2 Crematoriums and upgrade them to lvl 10.

I've seen a few hoods now with 2x level 10 Crematorium. I think the only valid argument for that is to have something upgrading while saving for something expensive.

I can't recall ever seeing a level 10 Crematorium in a hood belonging to one of the $4M+ IPH people though. Just saying.

Nightclubs are waste. I only have 24 hour bldgs and noone robs me.

Nightclubs are one of the top earning buildings IMO, just check out the return in IPH on the spreadsheet. Granted they usually get robbed once a day but you still get two full collections a day! My next upgrade gives a payout of 1155000 four times a day. If you don't need to sleep you could get well over 8mill a day form just two buildings. Ay other buildings better than that at level3?
Let me know nd I'll upgrade them instead :)

Level 10 Casino pays $27,000,000 - $29,700,000 daily, or $1,125,000 - $1,237,500 hourly.
Level 10 Nightclub pays $13,125,000 - $14,437,500 every 6 hours, or $2,187,500 - $2,406,250 hourly.

The Nightclub is almost 2x more productive than a Casino.

Duh.
