Modern War ticket response time: 10 days and counting

It took 10 days for them to respond to a gold misclick in MW for me.

Modern war has a ton of tickets, because of the faction event.

This issue precedes WD. Modern War has always taken ages to respond to tickets.

Have you spent more money on your CC account than your MW one? That could be a factor. Along with what the 2 tickets involved. Like if your MW one was a misclick, but the CC one dealt with an urgent matter, that could affect response time as well.
