Yah our realastate is crazy up here I'm just glad I got in when I did on my 3rd place. Now 330000 for a 750sq' condo unreal. A rancher house about 1100sq' in van sells over a mil and the wages here arnt that good I left my old job to start a company to try and get ahead. Hopefully ill get a house just out side of van for 600 000 a fixer upper and turn it into my palice lol

One thing about where I live right now is its booming there are craines up everywhere and houses are being built all over. Not to mention renos are the next big thing here I'm a plumber. And I can say I dont see a shortage of work for the trades for at least 3-5 years. Now only if the wages would jump up 10-20% then I would be good. Our gas is 1.29$ a liter not a thats over 5$ a gallon what is gas in Cali right now fruit fly
