This is my first time needing a gold bonus, I have had an e-mail in for a week now with no response. I purchased 5 vaults this month and should get the 2500 bonus I believe.

My question is, is it applied at the end of the month, when requested, or automatically?

Just wondering if the steady gold miners could give me an idea.

I was told once that you have to send a Msg to support to register for your High Purchase Bonus or something.

You have to email support and get to the right person to enroll you into the bonus gold program before you can claim your bonus gold.
I took me two attempts to get the right person. The first one just told me there wasn't such a program available.
The second person will give you a ticket number and you have to use that ticket number and send him a email by using the in-game "contact support" function and he will enroll you into the program.
One enrolled, they will keep track of your purchase, once you have reached the said limit, just email them and claim the bonus gold.

Also, GREE is immensely backlogged with tickets atm due to the WD event and prize distribution fiasco. Like others have said, it's applied when requested. But usually your ticket will get answered by a normal support representative, who then forwards it to the bonus program specialist. I'd say come Monday or Tuesday at the latest you should have a reply though.

We have a special program for people who want to purchase larger gold quantities with a steep bonus. Apple won't let us sell larger packages, but we are willing to increase bonuses for players if they meet the following amounts within a calender month:

$500 in a month = 100% bonus
$1,000 in a month = 200% bonus
$2,000 in a month = 300% bonus
$5,000 in a month = 300% bonus plus one crate item of your choice
$10,000 in a month = 300% bonus plus one event item that you missed out on. You must have received the previous item in the tier for that to happen. (i.e. if you want the 10th item you'd need to have acquired the 9th already.)

Only one bonus can be obtained per month, and it can only be obtained once per month. Purchases of Vaults on Sale will be counted as $100 purchases. So if you purchase $750 in a month, you will only get the 100% bonus applied to $500 of that. If you purchase $4,000 in a month you will get the 300% bonus applied to $2,000 of that.

The exact amounts that we add for the tier above are as follows:

$500 - 2500 gold
$1000 - 15000 gold
$2000 - 50000 gold
$5000 - 125000 gold
$10000 - 250000 gold

At the moment, bonuses for multiple characters/accounts are considered separately. We start tracking for the program in the month that a request or inquiry about the program is first sent to support.

These restrictions are in place for record-keeping purposes and we may loosen them at a later date.
We now have a special Bonus Program for bulk amounts of Vaults of Cash (referred to as Mountain of Gold in Kingdom Age/Monster Quest) Please note: We can only provide bonuses for the same currency. For example, we cannot provide a gold bonus for cash purchases nor can we provide a cash bonus for gold purchases.

This is due to the fact that the amount of Cash/Gold that your receive when buying a Vault/Mountain is relative to your income per hour as well as other factors such as your game level.

Bonuses for multiple characters/accounts are considered separately and cannot be combined. We cannot provide gold bonuses for cash purchases nor can we provide cash for gold purchases. We start tracking for the program in the month that a request or inquiry about the program is first sent to support.

When you've reached a tier that you'd like to claim, please send us a new ticket via the in game "contact support" to send in a request and we'll process it! As this inquiry was not sent in via this method, I'm unable to mark your profile for when you first inquired about the program.

The 100% bonus is under the assumption that you are getting 50 gold for $4.99. That equals 10 gold per dollar spent. A 100% bonus on that would of course be 20 gold per dollar spent, and 500 * 20 = 10,000. You're already getting 7,500 gold from spending $500, so hence the extra 2,500 to make it 10k.

Well, Apple doesn't allow them to put anything over $100 in the store.
If Apple does allow, they would put something like the following:

$99.99 1,500 gold 50% extra
$499.99 10,000 gold 100% extra

This is actually quite a good deal for heavy gold spenders. Buy 5 Best Buy discounted cards at $85 = $425 and get 15,000 gold. And that's IF it's not on sale.

Edit: I re-read that post and I think Dengus is correct. They base it on the assumption you already get a 50% discount for buying vaults to $100 each. So you would get an extra 2500 for spending $500 in a month.

Need someone from PUN or Ferr to set us straight on this. :confused:

Dont keep your hopes up. I have been spending crazy on MW and haven't seen any gold bonuses. According to the stats above, I should be getting my 300% gold bonus but GREE can't even help me out with my in game issue right now and I am being ignored as usual.

I've gotten the bonus quite a few times since I was first aware of the program back in July. It works - you just have to get IN the program within the month (before that month is over) then it is easier after that.

It is NOT an automatic deal and they do NOT go back and retroactively award the bonus from past months just because you "didn't" know about it.


Honestly - it has been touted on this forum several times since last June -so if you didn't know about it - then you just need to put Pirate Justice, IamNasty, Fruitfly, Boom, and a couple others on "Ignore" so you can sort through all of the relevant posts & skip over all of the complete non-sence that clutters this forum - LoL

The 100% bonus is under the assumption that you are getting 50 gold for $4.99. That equals 10 gold per dollar spent. A 100% bonus on that would of course be 20 gold per dollar spent, and 500 * 20 = 10,000. You're already getting 7,500 gold from spending $500, so hence the extra 2,500 to make it 10k.

you're absolutely right... forgot gree was being so "generous" with "hooking us up" with the 50% bonus on top tier purchase.

Imagine my surprise to learn of this bulk program after buying 12 vaults so far in January never mind earlier purchases. I'm not blaming anyone for MY screwup, and have sent a inquiry into customer service for a golden solution.

If we get our tickets in yesterday. What is the chance they will be dealt with before the end of the month so we can make a claim???

If we get the ticket in, but the person to work this can't get to it until Feb 1 or something, will Gree acknowledge started in Jan and apply credit.

I know your ticket queues have got to be swamped after the B4B event, but some consideration would be nice.

So far, I got no gripes about anything Gree has done. I went in with open eyes.

Depends on if you shop smartly. Get iTunes cards on discount, then wait for the gold sales. You can get some pretty hefty savings. Buy in bulk and get and get your bonus at the end of the month.

They can't work for free, someone must pay their wages. The more income for the game the better it becomes for everyone, including the free players. I think things are improving, slowly, but its getting better.

Buy gold - must be a whole vault - $99 - when it is on sale it still counts

When you have 5 vaults - if you think that is all you are going to buy - or you know you will not reach 10 vaults before the end of the month - send in a ticket:

"Please review my Gold Purchases for this month and apply my Bonus Gold for 5 vaults"

You will get an acknowledgement email stating that you indeed have met the requirements and the Gold will magically appear in your account the next time you log in.

You can get your bonus at any time in the month - so if you bought 5 vaults on the 15th and you know you are done or that there is no way you will reach 10 - send in the ticket on the 16th :)

The gold must all be purchased in the same calendar month - previous months from long ago will not be considered. Just because you didn't know about the bonus doesn't mean it isn't fair that you didn't get it back in October, November or December - you know about it now and can get it applied from today forward.

2 days for me last time but that was a time with little traffic. With WD etc and holidays the delays will be a lot longer.

Main thing to rember is don't buy at the time you require the gold as you will probably be disapointed. What I do if I decide I want to stock up is shop around for itune cards can almost alway find them at $40 for a $50 card or $30 for 2x$20 cards then buy however many I require and load it on Itunes account then just wait for a gold sale and buy the 20 vaults required for the best deal, send in ticket and use the 30k gold as required while knowing you will get a nice boost when the extra 50k arrives.

Seems like a pain in the ass but makes a big diffrence and no matter how rich you are its better in your pocket than Gree's. Here a vault is $125 so normal price is $2500 for 20 but doing this (with 35% sale if they have another one for Greenland) comes down to $1200.

We had a massive surge of interest due to posts in the forums and factions talking to each other around Christmas, and these tickets are only answered by a select few people here due to the nature of the requests. That being the case, there's a bit of a backlog for these in particular, but we're working through them.

If you send in a ticket and you dont get a reply than chances are in my experince that gree is stalling so that they dont have to stand behind there product (bonuses) you will need to spend a min of 1000 for the month to get reconized anything less is a toss of the coin if you get it. everyone should stop buying gold until gree starts to realize that we as gold buyers pay for there wages and keep this game going. if it wasnt for the gold players the game would not be what it is. Thank you Ferr/ the pirates /Gold finger/McDoc and anyone else that spend big that i dont know in the game.

A "genious" came out with such a complicated bonus program. it does not only confuse players but also their own customer support staff. Probably that's why it takes so long to process tickets

Meaning:
Full price vault is taken as US$100
20% discount vault is $80
40% vault is $60.

And you still need to achieve US$500 monthly for minimum 1st tier bonus
