How to chase up on refunds?

Basically, looking for a refund on Waverunner & Deep Sea Assassin due to lack of information on android (Didn't tell me I only needed the 2 cheapest for the bonus unit).

Sent a ticket through customer support, received an email they've received the ticket and today I followed up about the ticket (considering it happened yesterday morning). Not sure if you follow it up through email or in-game customer support.

I made a thread yesterday about how fast refunds are and got some favorable replies :o Now im just not sure how to ''chase'' up the refund.

Hey Sillybeans, please don't bump threads repeatedly. In answer to your question, we're mowing through MW tickets right now, but even with extra people on it we have about ten times more volume than usual due to the just-ended event. We appreciate your patience on this, and we will get you sorted.
