Basically, looking for a refund on Waverunner & Deep Sea Assassin due to lack of information on android (Didn't tell me I only needed the 2 cheapest for the bonus unit).
Sent a ticket through customer support, received an email they've received the ticket and today I followed up about the ticket (considering it happened yesterday morning). Not sure if you follow it up through email or in-game customer support.
I made a thread yesterday about how fast refunds are and got some favorable replies :o Now im just not sure how to ''chase'' up the refund.
