if i was removed from a faction after the event, do i still get the reward?

It appears that only those who participated in the battles of my faction have recieved the rewards, the sleepers got nothing. Has anyone else noticed this?

Did you guys just get items or do you also see added bonuses in your faction stats as well? Looks like I got an A2 and a fang which I didn't know I was getting... but no stats increases in faction.. and we were supposed to get

+5% Air Attack bonus
+5% Sea Defense bonus
+10% Defense from Defense Buildings Bonus
+2959 Attack
+2479 Defense

& Top 100 Factions: A2 Stiletto
1600 Attack, 1100 Defense, Bonus: +5% Air Attack

I was also suppose to receive the following for top 100 but sure doesn't seem like it-

I was the leader of a faction during the "Battle for Brazil", we came in top 1000.
I decided to change faction and gave away the position of leader to a friend of mine, before the prizes were handed out to us.
I then arrived in my new (top 40 ranked) faction after the prizes were handed out to them.

Now I am in a stronger faction but without any prizes whatsoever. I know this because my friend in my old faction messaged me - telling me they had just received the prizes.

Of course I am quite annoyed about this and have sent in a ticket to GREE with screen shots proving my point.
One doesn't even receive a confirmation email any more when you send in a ticket.

Oh well, I'm just hoping GREE can get this sorted out before the Greenland war!

I was online for the majority of the event and did as many free attacks as I could. I got kicked because a few people in my faction decided they wanted to push higher up and recruit only gold spenders.. It's hardly fair that my efforts go unrewarded.

Find a non-gold faction and ask your big guns to nuke the leader... if such a thing is ever possible.

I think a better idea would be to go to the Faction Recruitment area of the forum instead of spamming every thread. No one will even want you if you keep this up.

How many times can you fail on handing out prizes and not learn? This ain't the first time you manage to send out too many to some and none to others and still it seems to take weeks to fix the "issue", which makes send, as the issue is not technical but human. Anyhow, could please let us know when to expect this fixed? Emails to support are closed, but nothin is fixed.

For the love of god, post the master finishing list! I've found myself feeling sorry for gree for all of the trouble the WD event caused but cannot continue that train of thought. You (gree) raked in hundreds of thousands of dollars on this event and yet cannot even provide the most basics of customer service for the amount of money you pocketed! So for our effort in participating in the event and finishing in a reasonably high position the reward is

Getting hit by players who received multiple units incorrectly due to a "scared machine" incorrcectly distributing them out. Bet that 20k extra stats is coming in really handy for the boss event....

Not receiving the units due, placing us at a disadvantage in the current boss event and given the lack of response likely a major disadvantage in the upcoming PVP event.

I actually wonder if this will be sorted out prior to the next event......

All our dead-weight were booted as soon as the event ended. I really hope they got nothing.

At least you know who the dead weight is. Our UI never gave us the ability to see who was participating (W/L/WD pts). I sent in tickets and got one of two idiotic responses ("you haven't updated"-- I had.. And "it's been fixed now" it hadn't). I sent screen shots... I explained, in no uncertain terms, that it was NOT working and the lack of visibility was making it REALLY hard for us to know who was or wasn't pulling their weight. Obviously, I have an idea based on forum activity but nothing hard. We have about 50% dead weight... And unfortunately, I won't cut anyone without sufficient evidence. So thanks GREE! Bravo...

We STILL do not have prizes for our top 25 finish. Im normally a patient person, but this is UNACCEPTABLE, especially when people spent REAL money.

It took a total of 24hrs before all our faction members got their prizes...except one. Some members that went AWOL during the entire event managed to get the same prizes as the rest of us. I am not bothered because now that they have their prizes, it completely changed their mind to be more active and participate so that they won't get axed.

I am not going to send any tickets because from what I have read...it is pretty d.a.r.n useless. So if you expect me and the other members of our faction to spend more real money on this game, you guys better come up with a full-proof plan for your next event.

Still waiting on our prizes. Unacceptable that a large group already have them(not to mention sometimes 4+) and yet some in the top 25 don't have theirs yet. Throws fairness out the window since this is a war game that involves attacking other players or getting attacked by those that have a giant boost from the prizes and yet you don't have yours yet. I can handle the prizes taking up 24 hours to disperse, but wtf seriously?

Ya well this. game is very under par. i wana now why all other members of my factio. received there prizes and i am the only one who did not receive my prize for being in the top 5000. i can understand it taking a couple of hours or even a day but I've been waiting longer then that. at first thought it was a glitch but after uninstallation of the game then reinstallation i still do not have my units. it is very irratating after i have spent money and a lot of time playing this game not to mention the other bugs an glitchs so if anyone can give me som answers it would be nic to figure this out

Okay Gree, this is getting really sad. This event has been over for a long time and to not have any of our problems addressed is very poor service. I have been a beta tester for a company before for medical programming. So I know how it all works and that bugs can take time to fix......... but this has been way to long. And for all the money everyone put into this I think we deserve to at least get a freaking update on what is going on with the awards and top 100 list.

Can you please confirm that the final winners list and rewards will properly take account of missing points. For example, we have sent a ticket with before and after shots showing clearly deletion of points. For us it makes the difference between top 100 and top 1000 finish. We have had no response thus far on forum or to ticket. Thanks in advance for not ignoring this post :D

I didn't read this entire thread, but the WD while flawed in the beginning turned out OK for us. We had several hours where my faction was being attacked but the majority of our members were left out in the cold on Android devices. Still finished top 1000 though.

Actually I just looked into this and for 708th place we should have received a Yulian Class Invader, but I do not see that in my inventory.

Thankfully you are wrong. We were continuously keeping track of how many points our opponents were giving up and it didn't matter what your a/d or level was it was always about the same no matter who was attacking any given opponent. Wall down was about double vs wall up was the only big factor that we could see.
