This event has been going on for 4 1/2 days now. Are you just now getting it?

I enter CC everyday. I play a lot ,i collect on time but just today i got the event.
And i see i am not the only one. Right? And the whole time i have good internet connection feom wi-fi or operator

Well i am on android as well but i got on time but i notice that you no space on SD card you won't get the update this has happen before so i know there will event pop up i make sure i have at least 10MB left on SD card.

It's just bad luck for you :(. Just because log-in everyday doesn't mean you will get the event you have sometimes leave the game running for 20-30 minutes without logging out. If you just log-in and out throughout the day it won't be able update the event.

I have stamine 40. To use 40 stamina searching people to rob ia not enough to trigger the data download? And i still have more than 2G
Space on my SD card. And today when i got the event i didnt spent more time than usual. I have just opend it and in 2 minutea that data to download screen appeared...
