Is it usefull to open boxes after having the special prize at level 10 (upgrade : 30% off) ?

I open them on my level 16 camper account since I have 1.5 million on hand and it costs me 1,600 cash. Any items I find is useful to me.

Yes, I've had some Fire Trucks, Mark 2 Blades, Rusted Miniguns and Trick Razors so far.

Everything else wouldn't do anything for my stats.

Probably not worth it to anyone above level 20. All these items will be worthless to me once the new boss kicks in anyway. In the meanwhile I like to get the most out of the event.

The return you get for the price you're paying is definitely worth it.

300 respect for under 10k sounds like a great payoff to me. Also depending on your stats the other items you can also get might sweeten the pot.

I am still opening as both accounts, just not as frequently. Have picked up a few items on both that still help - more so on my level 13 account than the level 200 for which only the respect points contribute anything.

Exactly this. The max you will pay for chests is $20k at level 200, and that per hour is pretty negligible the higher IPH you get.. A single level 10 haunted mansion pays more than double that.

The items may become more useless as you level, but your IPH will increase as well, and RP is useful for a lot longer than the crap items you get from the crates. The collect 10 events give worse item rewards than the collect 20 ones do, so they're slightly more useless to continue opening, but the chance for getting RP is still there, and you actually get higher cash and respect rewards from the collect 10 events than the collect 20, so, it sort of evens out..
